1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pilwin platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pilwin platform and close your account. Your continued use of pilwin following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms apply to all users of the pilwin platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the pilwin platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling laws and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of pilwin, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the pilwin platform for any reason.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and at all times thereafter.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the pilwin platform, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

pilwin reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide any documents requested, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pilwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pilwin supports a range of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers to major Philippine banks such as BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pilwin account upon confirmation of receipt of funds. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. pilwin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. pilwin aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. pilwin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, unless otherwise stated.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pilwin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• pilwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and are not available to professional gamblers or those using automated betting systems.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pilwin platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

pilwin uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and unpredictable. Live casino games are streamed in real-time from licensed studios and are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective game providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, pilwin reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. pilwin's decision in such matters is final.

pilwin reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, miscalculation, or any other technical fault. Players who knowingly exploit such errors will have their accounts suspended and any winnings derived from the error forfeited.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pilwin platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the pilwin platform or its underlying technology.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pilwin staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8 Responsible Gaming

pilwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, enjoyable gaming environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pilwin platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of pilwin.

Any unauthorised use of pilwin's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pilwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pilwin platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pilwin does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, pilwin's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall pilwin's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pilwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

pilwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pilwin platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pilwin is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

pilwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward pilwin staff or other players.
• At the request of regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• For responsible gaming reasons, including at the player's own request.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your pilwin account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you may have incurred prior to closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to pilwin's customer support team for resolution. pilwin will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
